What's the best "stereo" 3mm to 2mm adapter for the SMT5600?

I have searched the forums and alot of people mentioned many companies. I want something in stereo for use with high quality headphones specifically for my model phone.

to be honest they're all just wire and plugs - they all work if they're the right size. Just make sure its stereo.

Your best bet is to search for the adapter that comes with ipaqs. Alot of sites do them.

Good luck

I think encece originally pointed us all to this adapter from pc-mobile.net, which has worked well on my Audiovox SMT5600:

Lately I've been using the Skullcandy Link ("Jacked" universal 2.5mm) adapter instead of PXDAA so I can listen to my Zen Micro music player while not missing calls. Unfortunately the mic and cellphone function button on that adapter do not work with the SMT5600, but that's OK. I found I was not using those functions much with PXDAA, so I don't miss them when I'm using the Link:

FYI the 2.5 on the SMT5600 has an extra conductor on it for the microphone. You can buy any ones for the O2 XDA, the layout is the same. Theres a few on expansys UK.

(The mpx200 has the same connector but it's wired slightly differently, so you CANT use the XDA/SMT5600/C500 ones on that..and vice versa)
