Guest Disco Stu Posted April 6, 2005 Report Posted April 6, 2005 That usually means that you've downloaded the Pocket PC version of software rather than the Smartphone one. Unfortunately some commercial websites get their download links wrong so I'm not assuming it's your error :D
Guest pierre Posted April 6, 2005 Report Posted April 6, 2005 Usually this message appears while trying to install a software not built for the Smartphone (Windows Mobile.) Clearvue exists for Pocket PC (and maybe others like Symbian) So you'd rather check which version you "purchased".

Guest declank Posted April 6, 2005 Report Posted April 6, 2005 Sure its not a cert lock problem ? http://developer.orangews.com/orgspv/comdefq.aspx
Guest Disco Stu Posted April 6, 2005 Report Posted April 6, 2005 That would normally throw up the 'Insufficient Permissions' warning, but it could be. Have you application unlocked your phone ?
Guest declank Posted April 6, 2005 Report Posted April 6, 2005 (edited) Tried, but keep getting “Sorry but we are unable to find the IMEI number that you have entered on our database.” Will hope the [email protected] e-mail will give me a response this time. Edited April 6, 2005 by declank
