Sending back to HTC

This is one for HTC really, but its out of office hours now - thought i'd see if anyone here knows.

When sending c500 back to HTC for refurb im asuming that u don't have to send battery and sim card with it. can anyone confirm?

No, you should hang on to both the sim card and battery. And SD card too as officially they won't return it (although I forgot and thankfully the 256meg SD came back too!)
