help with arcsoft mms wm2003

i found a mms client software for wm2003 in chinease and some turkish or german pacth!!

any way with reg edit to change it to english or some1 has an english pacth?

here are the ints..

install cab file and replace the rcDll.dll file with original from \Storage\Program Files\ArcSoft\ArcSoft MMS UA

if you dont replace program will start in chineese.

but its not in english its german i think...

And it's also warez, there is no public application for the MPX200 with 2003.
