Problem with Answer Phone C500 SPV speed dial

I recently received a new Orange C500 SPV. I'm quite impressed however the answer phone speed dial key (#1) doesn't seem to work.

When I try to use it, although the screen says it's dialling the Orange Answer Phone, it actually tries to dial the + symbol which of course fails.

I was able to move the "faulty" speed dial to another assignment thinking that this would have clear #1 for me to correctly assign the right number. But #1 is reserved so I can't put anything else against it and now I can't put the original incorrect Answer phone assignment back against it.

Has anyone else come up against this and if so what solution did you use to fix it?

At the end of the day it's not terminal enough to want to go through a hard reset but if there's a less painfull solution, I'd like to try that out.
