BLUETOOTH CAR KIT ISSUE

Hi - maybe someone could help me with a little problem my car kit is giving me. When I first paired the car kit with my C500 I had fantastic clarity on call and everything was sweet. The next time I got in the car, phone calls were 'crackly' with alot of noise - similar to the kind of noise you get when using a headset and you allow the phone to get too far away.

I contacted the installer who suggested I reboot the phone and re-pair the car kit and phone. I did this and once again - all was good the first time but when I used my car again a couple of hours later, the crackling noises had returned.

I guess one option I have is not to have the car kit set as the hands free device and to manually pair it each time I get in the car but this would be a pain to say the least....

Perhaps someone who has had a similar problem can help - it would appear to be an issue with the phone and it#s bluetooth settings rather then with the car kit....
