Can not remove theme on SPV C500

I have installed several .hme themes on my SPV C500 (application locked) and managed to uninstall few of them from Start/Settings/Remove programs but there are some i can not uninstall . I switched to Windows Simple theme so that the phone won't use any plugin but yet no result ,i also tried to modify an .xml file so that the theme would contain only the wallpaper and missed calls picture (removing date,time,carrier,icon bar pluggin) but the phone does not seem to recognize my theme as valid. Two of the themes i have used are made by me with Ruttensoft so there may not be a file error .Is there any other way than hard reset ?

To install that app my phone has 2 b application unlocked . I wrote it is not .I tried decerting but the problem is general ,however the themes were simple without startup ,shutdown,error screens etc. only date,time carrier,iconbar pluggin. Any ideea ?
