usb + c500 + pc = internet connetion

Ok, hey apparently theres a way but im not sure how,

how can i use my spv c500 via usb as a dial up modem for my pc (not laptop) it does not seem to work i also borrowed a bluetooth key and that didnt work (i no longer have the key) so how do i set it up?

Before you plug the phone into the pc, you need to switch on modem link. Press start, then 9 (more), 9 (more), then select accessories. Select Modem Link, make sure its on usb and then select activate from menu.

Then plug in phone via USB and this overides Activesync. You may need to install HTC modem driver from cd rom that came with the phone.

Once you finish, de-activate it and when you plug back in, then activesysnc works again.
