Cant remove HSD

Hi, I have a QTEK 8020 and I'm not able to unistall program.

If I choose START/8Configuration/9Other/7Removeprogram

I find "RSHD Monique Alexander" but I if try to remove it,

the phone says something like "impossible to remove RSHD Monique from telephone..."

How can I remove it?

I must delete MANUALLY from Storag/Applicationdata/Home?????

To install this HSD,

I downloaded HOMESCREEN Monique Alexander from your site (http://www.modaco.com/index.php?act=dscript&CODE=showdetails&f_id=601)

I put it into my Qtek 8020 with ActiveSync.

I put it into Storage/Windows/Start Menu/Accessories

I navigate to this path with File Manager and I execute Monique_Alexander1.hme.

I had same kind of problems with my SPV C500 with some themes ,i cannot uninstall them ,i searched for help here and no one could help me,it seems the :re is no other choice than hard reset. Sorry. :cry:

Try to live with it ,untill there will b a sloution it does not worth making a hard reset for something like that ,and yes when you hard reset your phone will delete all in it's memory returning to factory settings(programs,applications,homescreens,ringtones etc. will b deleted) however the data on storage card will remain intact.
