Check his website, I think you need to download something else to enable that. There's a page with 4/5 tools/tweaks, I think it's there.

its only really a sniffer, use it to find networks and see whether they have WEP. then use the onboard wifi manager to actually connect to them, to be honest wireless manager should automatically connect to available networks. asking for a WEP if needed.

a further question...when i see all these hotspots how do i select what one i want to connect too...even when u get a drop down list and u select connect they usuallu just disappear and ur not connected. Have i missed or got some setting on that w ont allow me to connect to them or be selective?...

to be quite honest, the onboard wifi manager on the m2000 is, in my opinion rubbish, as if yu have two networks to choose from in the list, you can never choose which one, and if you try to, it then seems to think, all your saved networks are available and tries to connect to all of them, also sometimes the wireless manager will say your connected to a network, but when trying to actually do anything on the network you wont be able to, but after a soft rest, your pone will automatically connect and have full network functionality!

Annoying, to be honest i do love the phone, but i cant wait until september when i can upgrade to the SPV3G.
