Guest Stunod7 Posted April 11, 2005 Report Posted April 11, 2005 I looked around but couldn't find any solid information but does MS PS2005 include public transit? So I could tell it I want to get somewhere but don't want to take cars? If not, does anyone know of a program that could do such a thing? thanks!
Guest argh Posted April 11, 2005 Report Posted April 11, 2005 I don't think Pocket Streets does any route planning at all. It's more a map with points of interest and an index, which can show your location with GPS.

Guest roma0803 Posted April 13, 2005 Report Posted April 13, 2005 Might want to take a look at Metró, it has maps from more than 300 city's around the world (without timeschedule). Tried it in Amsterdam. Travelled for a day just on this tool and never ended at the wrong place. It works without GPS, has all public transportation and most POI's with addresses and phonenumbers. I'm quite impressed with it. More? Yes, it's free.
