Motorola MPx 220 Out of Sync with Outlook

I have a Motorola MPx 220 with Windows Mobile. It has recently began syncing with my Outlook Calendar and changing the appointments by one hour upon syncing. I have been syncing this phone with Outlook 2003 for the last six months and the Calendar has been perfect. What has happened? :?:

it sounds like a timezone/daylight savings issue

check in settings > regonal settings that the phone and pc are in the same timezone and have daylight savings enabled and everything should then sync up ok

In the settings for the phone I have the same time region set in the Date and Time area. I do not see a option for Daylight Savings time in either the Date and Time area or the egional Settings.
