T-Mobile USA credit check

When i type #999# and try to execute (send to the network) e200 reply could not open log file.

Does anybody know how to force e200 to send #999# ?

I get the same on MPx220 on T-Mobile USA.

Credit check? The couple things I know like this are:

#646# (#MIN#) for Minutes.

#225# (#BAL#) for Balance.

You should be able to type those into the dialer, hit send, and it'll return the information.

Both bal and min are working only for post paid, neither works for prepaid ;)

any suggestion ?
