I bought a Dell AXIM X3

I put the lead in the wrong way and bent the pins

If i would have bought it from dell the would have replced it but it turned out to a unit they bought as refurbished and dell will not support as it was sold as a used PDA They want me to £80 to repair it

Has any one had the same problem

Key question is, did they sell it to you "as new"? If so, have a word with Trading Standards; that is their job! Just give 'em a call.
