Hi,

Not quite the right section but it seems the most appropriate so here goes:

I sent my SP3i back to my retailer www.phones2udirect.co.uk because the left softkey was coming off. This was over 3 weeks ago. In the last few days I have been trying to call them to find out what happening with the repair but I can't get through, I've sent them an e-mail - no reply. So now I don't know where my phone is and I'm annoyed because I really need the phone.

So any ideas how I can trace where my phone is, hopefully iMate have received it and I can relax a little.

Any other information regarding www.phones2udirect.co.uk, they seemed to quite good, but now they seem to have vanished. Also any advice on how I might get my phone back would be helpful too.

Phones from third party companies have always been poor on service with even the likes carphone warehouse being known to take weeks to get units repaired.

yeah but I can't get through to the place where I got it from so I have no idea what is going on. My phone might still be with them and if they've disapeared so has my phone.

*edit* Just got through to them, and they are just taking ages as expected.
