Headset stuck

Hi, My C500 is stuck on Headset mode. I've tried cleaning the headset socket, and hard reset but it's still stuck. Anyone have any ideas or is it back to orange?

mine did that all I did was keep putting in the headphones n removing them quickly after a few goes that sorted it

:shock: althou some people seem to think a hard reset is needed but I would give my way a go first

as you would lose everything on your phone unless you backed it up, if you did the hard reset

It can be a possible hardware fault, one order of things to try is to

do the above, also try blowing in the socket or poking it with a cocktail stick.

Then try changing profiles on the phone back to their default settings (if you have adjusted them in the past).

Next is a hard reset and if all the above fails it's a return to Orange for a warranty replacement\repair.
