SPV E200 suddenly stopped Vibrating

Dear friends,

Somehow my SPV E200 has completely stopped vibrating at all , even if i check the sounds and select vibrate or edit profiles to just vibrate. :D

Can anyne please tell me whats gone wrong or how to fix this?
