Guest SinisterJunkie Posted April 13, 2005 Report Posted April 13, 2005 Try dBpowerAMP. Works well for trimming down the bitrate and making a reasonable file size for the smartphone. http://www.dbpoweramp.com/dmc.htm
Guest Confused Stu Posted April 13, 2005 Report Posted April 13, 2005 OK, stupid question. If filesize is an issue, and you're using the files as ringtones, why not convert them into WMA format? It takes up way less room and the C500 can happily use them as ringtones. Apologies if you have a reason for keeping them as WAV's, but thought I'd mention this! :D

I use C500 too and .wma files are great as ringtones. U can convert audio files to .wma with a lot of programs (Windows Media Player ,Winamp, etc.). Hope it helps . :D :D :D :( :(
