SPV and 3sim

Hi can anyone help me with my proble. Ive been using my 3 sim card in my spv's and they were working well, but 1 day i turned aeroplne mode on and after that ive been unable to use my 3 sim on the phones. Ive tried switching off aeroplne mode of but it goes it cant do it. Any other ways of reseting the aeroplne mode so that i can use the 3sim?
