Please help emergency

I installed this program (mytools.sp.cab) on my phone and after that, it restarted, but it freezing on windows mobil and after 30 sec it restarts again. I have tried to hard reset my mobil by pressing the volume kontrol on left side and push the power boutom but its freezing still on windows mobil screen. what am i doing wrong.shall i take memory cards out or do somthing else?

Depending which phone you have will depend on how you hard reset.

The mytools application was never fully completed as the author did not continue with the project.
