MPx200 Help with update!

OK so I'm an idiot. I just got an MPx200 and downloaded the 2003 update from ebay thinking it would make my phone even more awesome. So I update the OS and everything is going well. Then I start looking through my phone. Two of what would have been the most useful features have disappeared!! First, I don't have the 'Favourites Manager' anymore, and secondly the 'Alarms' program is gone!!! I need those back! Anyone got any ideas where I can get them back from?! Much appreciated!
