Real-Time Bluetooth Scanner

Would it be possible to create a Bluetooth equavalent of Wififofum.

i.e. a Real-Time Bluetooth Scanner, with the capabilities to find other Bluetooth devices, check what type of device they are, signal strength and connect to them for sending business cards/files etc.

As we all know the Bluetooth Browser on the M2000 does one search then stops, rather than continually searching for new devices in the area as the E200/C500 do.
