Hello

I don't seem to be able to sync the c500 using usb.

The device isn't recognised.

Where are the drivers for it?

I had it working a few months ago, but it seems to have stopped.

have you installed active sync from the installation cd?

I had active sync on there, a reboot of both seemed to sort out the problem
