Mobile Information Server - SSL Patch for Smartphone ?

configuring active sync to sync with a server (MIS) needs that the MIS is configured with an public trusted ssl certificate. in our case this certificate is enrolled from an non public ca and the smartphone came up with the error code INTERNET_45 - which principialy is ok.

for the pocket pc there is a patch which is to be installed on the pocket pc which fixes this problem.

is there something euqal for the smartphone or any other workaround then to install a public ssl certificate at the MIS?
