Guest KenM Posted April 14, 2005 Report Posted April 14, 2005 does anyone know if there's a limit on the max capcity of SD cards for use with the O2 XDAIIii? I'm planning on buying a 1Gb card from crucial Ken
Guest Disco Stu Posted April 14, 2005 Report Posted April 14, 2005 Although I have no experience of that exact model, I do know that all Smartphones and Pocket PC Phone Edition devices are quite happy with 1gig cards
Guest rickyburke Posted April 14, 2005 Report Posted April 14, 2005 im using a 1gb card with my m2000 and its fine.
Guest rickyburke Posted April 14, 2005 Report Posted April 14, 2005 go to aria.co.uk very cheap sd card there, about £45 for a 1gb card
Guest fraser Posted April 15, 2005 Report Posted April 15, 2005 There shouldn't ever be limits on the card size with SD cards. The card itself handles all that. The phone just says "give me the document at: \Music\Track01.mp3" and the card does the hardwork of figuring out the addressing and then sends the data.
Guest rickyburke Posted April 15, 2005 Report Posted April 15, 2005 thats what i thought, but my digital camcorder doesnt like my 1gb card, but it loves my 512mb fine. weird.

A similar problem existed on the E200. As far as I can see, this isn't an issue on the Blue Angel.
Guest rickyburke Posted April 17, 2005 Report Posted April 17, 2005 yeah i remember that the e200 couldnt read mlc's until after the update, but my camera reads my mlc fine.
