C500 Speaker Problem

I wonder if someone can help. I have had my C500 for the last 6 months and had no problems. Last week the speaker started to buzz while on the phone almost like something is vibrating when it moves.

I called Orange who informed me that this is a known fault with the phone and as such there is nothing they can do about it? Surely this is not fair? i am stuck with a phone i can barely use and there is nothing i can do!!!

Best to phone Orange again and insist on a replacement as the phone is not working as it should, known fault or not.

if u don't plan to fix it or to repair it i can buy it for spares (i need a screen)
