International ROM (w/ languages & GPRS settings)

I want to be abel to have German (as well as European WAP/GPRS settings) like the "all languages" ROM that's out there for the mpx200.

I've seen posts asking for Turkish, Spanish, and (somewhere) Swedish, and maybe Norwegian.

To that end:

**** IS there a way to take these language files and GPRS/WAP settings from the MPX200 Rom and "splice"them into the 1.25 ROM for MPX220 (which is unbranded)?

Here is what it shows on my MPX200 with the "all Languages" WM 2003 update:

I've read that in general, parts of different MPX220 ROMs can be spliced to make a sort of custom ROM, so couldn't the language (or other) files from an MPX200 running the same OS be put in?
