spv c500 video messaging

Hit a bit of a brickwall with this problem and don't know if it's a C500 problem or something to do with motorola combatability. I've been trying to send mms video messages to a couple of Motorola phones (v545 &v635 models) from my c500 and on each occasion the message locks up the motorolas when an attempt is made to open the message. Has anyone else had a similar problem? I've done a loop back/ping message on each of the phones so I know all 3 are capable of sending and receiving video messaging and the c500 merrily accepts any form of messaging from the motorolas. I've even tried forwarding a file received from a motorola directly back to the original phone but the message still locks up the motorola. Other forms of mms messages like photo messaging gets through fine.

Anyone know any solutions?
