On page 31 of the t-mobile MDA Compact users manual, it talks about a 'CAP' Key and shows a picture of the screen.

This is quite differnt to my actual keyboard.

I have telephoned t-mobile and took it back to the t-mobile shop I got it from. They got a brand new one out and it did/looked the same as mine.

I have checked both CD's that cam with it and searched this and other forums to no joy.

Yet page 31 clearly show something different and it is very annoying not having a 'caps' lock key.

How can I get the CAP Key?

I havent got the manual to hand, but I assume that you are using the "keyboard" input method (from the pop up list of input methods in the very bottom-right of the screen).

Assuming this is the case, there are 2 versions of the keyboard (small and large).

you can swap between them by going to the options... menu at the top of the popup menu you get when tapping on the ^ menu at the very bottom-right of the screen.

for input method "keyboard" you have 2 radio buttons "large keys" and "small keys".

Small Keys has more keys showing on the keyboard, including numbers and punctuation (and the "CAPS" key you are looking for, whereas the "large keys" is easier to use - as each "key" is that bit bigger and easier to tap accurately.

- forgive me if I have completely missed the point!!
