Any reg hack to change default BT com ports?

I think I might be able to have my PC initiate a BT connection if the com ports match. However, there is a mysterious app or some hardware that is holding my com 6 port hostage on the PC. I'd like to use that as an outgoing BT com port.

The above effort to find the app so far has proved fruitless, so if I can change the default incoming com port 6 on the phone to another com port, I might get this to work.
