ActiveSync - cannot get device connected

Appreciate if someone out there can help.

I have XphoneII and was able to connect (ActiveSync) it with my home pc as well as my office pc. At home, I always connect as Guest.

Since 2 weeks ago, I cannot get this phone to connect with my home pc. I tried uninstalled/install ActiveSync (3.8), restart my computer and nothing seems to work. Now, my home pc only able to charge my phone.

Note: I am using xphone for more than 2 years now. Just changed it to xphoneII last month. Even after that, I have no problem with my new phone at home.
