SPV C500 Issues

Hi I have some issue's with my C500 and i'm hoping someone who has one might be able to help me as "Orange Trainers" don't seem to be trained very well on these phones ......

Issue #1 Email Send & Recieve

I've setup my mail account to automatically do a send and recieve every hour. This seemed simple enough to setup however it doesn't do it ! I have to do a manual send and recieve to get my email. If you check the settings of the account it indeed says it will check every hour.

Issue #2 MMS Failures

Whenever I try and send a MMS message I get a red cross and System Administrator message telling me it's failed. Orange have sent SMS updates the fault is still there ?

Issue #3 Parrot Hands Free

This is my major issue at the moment, I spend alot of time in my car and have a Parrot hands free kit. The C500 connects and works fine if I make outgoing calls however if I get an incoming it doesn't automatically come through the speakers I have to select "Menu" and then "Turn HandsFree Mode On", it doesn't seem to be selecting "Car" as the profile rather "Headset". So whenever I get an incoming call I have to answer it quickly and then turn the handsfree mode on before I can hear them.

Fourthly, is there a better home page theme I can get which gives more details etc, I had a good one on my PDA a while ago but can't remember what it was. If someone could point me in the right direction i'd appreciate it.

im not sure about the email but when you set your email up it asks you to set if you want to receive just the header or the entire message..........well when u do this if you have it set to just the header it affects your mms you can only send 100kb on mms so when you send an mms youll have to set email to entire messsage so you can send an entire message..........does that sound clear to you

I'm having similar problems with my handsfree kit, although it seems to be out going and incommming calls. Some times works fine though. Most times, it not transfer the call to my blutooth speaker in the car.

Any help or advice would be appreciated.
