MPx220 Alarm and Keypad Tones

Hello,

I'm using an MPx220 WM2003SE. I have two minor problems.

1. I can't get the alarm tone to increase, even though I set it to increase in the profiles menu. Instead of increasing, the alarm tone sounds at the level set in profiles.

2. The keys don't "click" even though i set keypad control to click. It still uses keypad tones when set to click.

A hard reset helps neither of the problems above. I'd be glad if someone helped (possibly a registry edit to correct?).
