sending files by bluetooth

Can someone please help me on this one? It is now starting to do my head in.

There is nothing in the manual to tell you how to do this and if I click on the file I want to transfer to my mates phone it only offers the option of infra red, no mention of bluetooth at all.

just make sure you've set the bluetooth and visibility on and then try sending via infrared or use file explorer and beam the file. your friends cell phone should come up in the list even if it isnt via infrared but via bluetooth
