T9 is gone after hardreset

im a new user to mpx200. after hard reseting my phone, there's no input method anymore, only character by character input. my phone runs win mobile 2003 version 4.20.0, rom is 3.70.91.0

help pls! thanx

Press and hold the * button to give you the choice between 123, abc, Symbols, EnglishT9 ABC and Languages.So forexample select English and you will have T9 selected (not that the English T9 is any good though)

i did, only have abc, ABC, ABC, and 123.
