more reg tweaks needed

is there anybody who knows if there is a registry tweak for this question?

I would like to change the time for automatic phonelock to 0 or 24 hours.

So it only needs a code when i turn it on.

And is there a posibility to get rid of entering a pincode when changing from flightmode to normal. I would like to give the code only when i turn the phone on.

I had a Nokia 3650 and when i rebooted it it remembered the sim-pincode
