Theme confusion

Ok ,i m not a newbie no more regarding themes but having a problem that i cannot explain. I installed one of my own themes (Natural Choice plus) wich contains startup ,shutdown ,menu background ,standby,missed,incoming call picture. after i have installed it i restarted the phone and startup ,shutdown,and menu background picture were applied ,however when i changed the theme those three images do not show up allthough the rest are there including the color skin. Should i reinstall it ? It does not make too much sense.
