bluetooth not found on my spv e200

hi can anyone help me please...

i have a spve200 and when i go to bluetooth settings to turn on blutooth

there is a message saying no bluetooth hardware is installed on this device..

when i turn on blutooth an error message pops up saying the setting could not be saved..

can someone help me overcome this problem please?

as the phone is suppose to be bluetooth enabled...

Thats a weird one for sure!

have you had it from new? from orange?

you should be able to return it to them for a replacement.

have you tried a Hard-reset?

hi no not had it from new i bought it of ebay the phone is in new condition.

how do you do a hard restart.

you can use Accessories/Clear Storage (think)

i am thinking that it has been upgraded with a ROM from another operator??? but maybe not.....

BE -WARNED!

this will delete EVERYTHING on your phone and put it back to an out-of-the-box state.

I have got this problem. I phoned HTC and they adviced me to do a Hard Reset, which should normally clear the problem. So hope this clears it for you mate!!

Unfortunatly with mine, after about 5 Hard Resets it still won't go away!! More annoyingly the Bluetooth light keeps flashing!! HTC want £30 to look at it because its out of warranty!!
