Ancient Empires for Smartphone?

I recently read about a mobile phone game called Ancient Empires that is meant to be a cross bewtween 'Advance Wars' and a 'fantasy RPG'.

Sounds pretty cool and being an avid advance wars fan, I'm eager to find out whether anybody knows if this game is available on a smartphone?
