bluetooth problem on spv e200

hello guys i have a problem on my phone i can turn on bluetooth and let others detect my phone but i can't send or receive files via bluetooth even if both devices have been bonded

also even if i have the bluetooth turned on and theres a device bonded to it when i try to send the file it doesn't even have the option to send it through bluetooth

can anyone help me on this i have tried to reinstall the rom but still same thing

I think Smart Explorer can send files via bluetooth but I don't think there's a way to receive files. It's a pretty weak bluetooth implementation compared to any other phone on the market with bluetooth. Doesn't do much and what it does do it doesn't do very well.

Don't you need to turn on beaming before you can receive files? I have found that is still a bit dodgy though and only likes to talk to certain phones.
