XDA IIs problems! Help

Bought an XDA IIs 6 weeks ago and am now on my third one! It seems it does everything except work as a phone. When I speak to people, they say it either sounds like i'm on handsfree with my phone over the other side of the room, or my voice fades and comes back intermittently! (with full signal)

O2 have said they have had no other probs with phone but can anyone offer any suggestions? If its not sorted soon i may have to change the phone which brings out another dilemma!

I can't get a signal at home with Orange so had to switch to O2. the only windows phone i could get was the XDA. I know they were bringing out the MPX220 on O2 but as yet i don't think it's been released (although the original release date was scheduled for over 4 months ago!!)

Any help or advice would be appreciated
