Guest joli Posted April 20, 2005 Report Posted April 20, 2005 How can I turn of the beep sound when pressing a key. I really do not like the sound of this in my earplugs when I am listening to mp3's and scrolling through menu's...
Guest Disco Stu Posted April 20, 2005 Report Posted April 20, 2005 Start, Settings, Sounds - scroll down to Keypad Control and set to None ;)
Guest joli Posted April 20, 2005 Report Posted April 20, 2005 Whish it was that easy. I have there 3 options 'Tone, Click, None' Whatever I select and than press ready, nothing happens. When I press home, then go back to Start, Settings, Sounds - scroll down to Keypad Control, it still is set to Tone.
Guest joli Posted April 21, 2005 Report Posted April 21, 2005 Found it. Go start->settings->profiles->scroll to headphones. Tap menu->edit. Scroll to system volume. Set it to '0' No more irretating beeps during menu scrolling while listening to your mp3's
