Guest cyrilthefish Posted April 21, 2005 Report Posted April 21, 2005 what are they like recently for replacing phones? i've had my C500 for quite a while but recently the 'back' key has become decidedly dodgy, sometimes requiring a really hard press or several clicks for it to work ;) before i attempt to brave any phone-queues and so on, do you think they'd replace it for that? it'd also be nice to get a replacement as the paint on the battery cover has been bubbling up and flaking off in places for the past few months and looks a right mess now!
Guest morpheus2702 Posted April 21, 2005 Report Posted April 21, 2005 If you tell them that the back key is completely inoperable, you are much more likely to get it replaced - £15 charge I think.

If it's effecting the functionality of the handset then there will be a way. Just say it doesn't work. Don't mention the paint.
