Improve Memory RAM, Flash Storage

yeah i was just wondering what kind of items, programs i can delete which are pretty useless to improve my memory ram and flash storage because my motorola mpx200 doesnt work as quickly nowdays. thanks

if you mean the built in apps then i dont believe you will be able to delete them... only items you have installed can be deleted.

With the MPX200 Caller ID and JMMS applications are preinstalled and con only be removed with a Hard Reset. These are two apps I do not use and the JMMS does slow the phone down.

Things that can slow the phone down are keeping all your old sms and email, with the main culprit being people not realising the sent items folder needs emptying once in a while.
