;) please help e200 virgin droped a right bol#### tried the latest update from orange unknown to me it had already had one done .it crashed half way through .tried a hard reboot can get to the numbers screen press 8 nothing it goes back to white screen with bootloader on what can i do :cry:

I would take the SD card out and get your phone into the tri-colour canary screen.

You should be able to re-run the software update from there.

sorry but could you guide me through step by step i know its a pain but dont want to give up on the phone if it will work thanks

hold the power and camera button when switching the phone on, you will enter a 3 colour screen

put phone in cradle then run update file on pc

if all goes well job will be done ;)

keeps coming up with error 113 tried it in diffrent ports disabled firewall is there any honest person who i could send it to who would sort it out for me
