Problem copying film to Mini SD - please help

I have purchased and used Mobile Media Maker for my T Mobile SDA smartphone which I have owned for about 1 week.

I am well impressed with the phone and this software but am having a small problem...

I have succesfully used the program to convert several dvd files to go on my SDA (SPV) - I have a new 512 mb card with loads of room on it.

I can copy mp3 onto it no problem

I can copy two different encoded movies that are each about 30MB in size.

The problem is that I have two other files that I can't copy. One is 109MB and one is 265MB. There is plenty of room on the card for these files. I am trying to copy them by copy and pasting with active sync. Both these two files start copying accross and then constantly keep restarting after so long.

Is there a limit to how much you can copy over the USB cable? am i doing something wrong?

I don't have a card reader. I didnt want to have to keep taking the card out each time I want to copy something to it.

Any help greatly appreciated.

this is a bug with active sync. they arent actually restarting, it just looks like they are. Just leave it be and they will copy:)
