New Generic Blue Angel Rom

Judging by the flurry of activity on xda-developers.com HTC/MS have released a new non-carrier specific rom (v1.40) for the blue angel. It's apparently better on battery life and contains Windows Media Player 10. Looks like one or two minor bugs have been discovered so far but nothing major. I wonder if this means Orange will be releasing a new carrier specific rom for the m2000 in the near future?! They can't let the C500 users have all the fun... ;)
