Disconnects when transfering mp3s

hey everyone

i m having a problem tranfering my mp3s to my storage card on my mpx 200. everytime i copy and paste thesongs to the memory card, the file will be tranfering but then ranomdly the phone will just disconnect. its as if i was pulling the usb out of the computer or the phone, but i dont touch it at all....anyone know whats going on? thx

oh also if anyone knows how to store .wmv files to the storage card and still be able to use them as special contact ringers please let me know thx

Hi Adam,

How many mp3s are you trying to transfer at a time. I have snags if I try to transfer too many at time. It means you have to transfer in smaller batches which is a pain, but not exactly the end of the world!

Not sure if you can use wmv files from the sd card for contact ringers. I think you can only use wav files and they have to be on the phone itself. Ther have been LOADS of posts about that one though!
