Calender Reminder Snooze Timout Options

Not sure if this has been asked before (I couldnt find anything when searching the posts about reminders)

Is it possible to change the timeouts on the snooze for calender reminders, currently the only options are to dismiss the reminder or click snooze.

Clicking snooze puts it to sleep for 5 mins then reminds you again, Ideally I would like to be able to snooze the reminder for varying lenghts of time (similar to the options you have in outlook).

If this isnt possible to turn on, then is it possible to change the timout value from 5 mins to some other value, such as notification when the appointment starts?

Is this configurable options for reminders inside the registery somewhere?
