Guest mossywell Posted April 23, 2005 Report Posted April 23, 2005 After installating a zillion different firmwares, hard resetting etc I find that I have to get a new activation key for All Locations GPRS counter after each one. I lost count, but I guess after about 10 resets, the activation says that I've installed it too many times. (I forget the exact wording.) The FAQ says that I'll need a new activation code after each hard reset, so it does acknowledge a legit reason for reactivating on one phone. Anyway, I tried contacting the support via email but I get no reply. In fact, over the past 2 years, I've sent 3 emails to their support addres and never had a reply from any of them. Anyone else ever has a response from them, or are they one of those "take the money and run" rip-off merchants?
Guest Disco Stu Posted April 23, 2005 Report Posted April 23, 2005 I've not had any dealings with them but they appear to be a major software house, at least mobile-wise. Unfortunately customer service often leaves a lot to be desired with most suppliers.
Guest mossywell Posted April 23, 2005 Report Posted April 23, 2005 ... but they appear to be a major software house, at least mobile-wise. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Oh dear. Sounds like they're one of those companies that are big enough to ignore their customers! ;)
Guest mcwarre Posted April 23, 2005 Report Posted April 23, 2005 They have not answered any of my emails (over 10 sent in 2-3 years). Any wonder I bought Sprite backup rather than all-locations one!!!!!
Guest paddy_mcnulty Posted April 23, 2005 Report Posted April 23, 2005 I have to buck the trend a little. I e-mailed them regarding GRS counter software and got a reply. Admittly, it took about four weeks though...

Well, I guess I had to learn the hard way....
Guest mossywell Posted April 25, 2005 Report Posted April 25, 2005 Hey hey - They replied at last. I had to email this address to get a reply, however: [email protected]
